
Periprem Thati Bellam, also known as Palm Jaggery or Thaati Bella, is a traditional South Indian sweetener prepared from the concentrated sap of the Palmyra palm tree, locally called Nera. The sap is slowly boiled and naturally thickened without chemicals or refining, preserving its rich mineral content.
