  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India, provided the minimum order value of ₹499 is met.

  • Taxes: All applicable GST and levies are displayed transparently at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping offer at our sole discretion.

3. Service Coverage and Logistics

  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver across India, including metropolitan, Tier-2, and rural areas, subject to the serviceability of our courier partners.

  • Logistics Partners: We partner with reputed third-party logistics providers to ensure your package reaches you safely.

4. Order Processing and Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • Estimated Delivery Windows:

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days.

    • Urban Areas: 3–7 business days.

    • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days.

  • Delay Clause: Timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operational issues, strikes, natural calamities, or government restrictions. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Packaging and Handling

  • Quality Standards: All products are packed using industry-standard protective materials. Fragile and perishable items receive additional reinforcement.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Third-Party Liability: We are not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

  • Incorrect Information: We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings conducted in English.

  • Jurisdiction: The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
