1. Program Overview

The MangaloreStore Rewards Program ("Rewards Program") is a customer loyalty program offered by MangaloreStore to registered account holders.

Members earn reward points on qualifying purchases made through MangaloreStore and may redeem accumulated points for eligible discounts, subject to the terms outlined below.

Participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Rewards Program, customers must:

• Create a registered account on MangaloreStore.
• Be logged into their account at the time of purchase.
• Comply with all applicable MangaloreStore policies and terms of service.

Reward points cannot be earned or redeemed through guest checkout purchases.

MangaloreStore reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate membership at its sole discretion where misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.

3. Earning Reward Points

Standard Earning Rate

Members will earn:

1 Reward Point for every ₹100 spent on eligible purchases.

Eligible Purchase Amount

Reward points are calculated based on the final amount paid for eligible products after:

• Discounts
• Coupons
• Promotional offers
• Reward point redemptions
• Refund adjustments
• Taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, or other non-product charges (if applicable)

Point Credit Timing

• Points are generally credited after successful payment and order confirmation.
• MangaloreStore may delay the crediting of points for order verification, fraud prevention, returns, cancellations, or technical review.
• Points are not earned on canceled, refunded, disputed, or fraudulent transactions.

Exclusions

MangaloreStore may designate certain products, categories, promotional items, gift cards, bundles, subscriptions, or services as ineligible for earning reward points at any time.

4. Redeeming Reward Points

Redemption Value

Each Reward Point has a redemption value of:

1 Reward Point = ₹1 Discount

Minimum Redemption Requirement

A minimum balance of 50 Reward Points is required before points can be redeemed.

Redemption Rules

• Points may only be redeemed through eligible checkout processes.
• Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfers, gift cards, or any other monetary equivalent.
• Redemption may be limited to specific products, categories, promotions, or order values.
• Reward points may not be combined with certain promotional offers where prohibited.

Redemption Approval

MangaloreStore reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or cancel any redemption transaction if:

• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• An order is canceled or refunded.
• A technical error occurs.
• Program abuse is suspected.

5. Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellations

Orders That Earned Points

If an order is:

• Fully refunded,
• Partially refunded,
• Returned,
• Canceled,

MangaloreStore may deduct the corresponding reward points earned from that purchase.

Orders Redeemed Using Points

If reward points were used to obtain a discount on an order that is later refunded or canceled:

• The redeemed points may be returned to the member's account at MangaloreStore's discretion.
• Any reinstated points will not exceed the number of points originally redeemed.

MangaloreStore's determination regarding reward point adjustments shall be final.

6. Point Expiration

Unless otherwise stated by MangaloreStore:

• Reward points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• Account inactivity means no qualifying purchase, redemption activity, or account engagement during the specified period.

MangaloreStore reserves the right to modify point expiration policies upon reasonable notice.

7. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information.
• Protecting login credentials.
• Monitoring reward point balances and account activity.

MangaloreStore is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a member's failure to protect account credentials.

8. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to gain additional rewards.
• Manipulating purchases solely to generate points.
• Attempting to transfer, sell, trade, or barter reward points.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities.
• Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent transactions.

If such activities are identified, MangaloreStore may:

• Cancel reward points.
• Reverse redemptions.
• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Refuse future participation in the Rewards Program.
• Take legal action where applicable.

9. Non-Transferability

Reward points:

• Are personal to the registered account holder.
• Cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, inherited, assigned, or combined with another account.
• Have no cash value and are not legal tender.

Reward points do not constitute property rights and may only be used as expressly permitted by MangaloreStore.

10. Program Changes & Termination

MangaloreStore reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice where permitted by law, to:

• Modify earning rates.
• Change redemption values.
• Introduce or remove member benefits.
• Restrict eligible products or purchases.
• Suspend or discontinue the Rewards Program.

Any such changes will become effective upon publication on the MangaloreStore website or through other reasonable communication channels.

11. Technical Errors

MangaloreStore is not responsible for:

• System outages,
• Internet interruptions,
• Software malfunctions,
• Delayed point postings,
• Calculation errors caused by technical issues.

MangaloreStore reserves the right to correct any errors relating to reward point balances, earnings, or redemptions.

All decisions regarding reward point calculations shall be final and binding.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• MangaloreStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Rewards Program.
• MangaloreStore's total liability relating to the Rewards Program shall not exceed the value of the reward points available in the member's account at the time of the claim.

13. Governing Law

The MangaloreStore Rewards Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Rewards Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Karnataka, India.
