3. Eligibility and Registration

Users must be 18 years of age or older to transact independently. By creating an account, you accept full responsibility for all activities performed under your credentials. Mangalore Store reserves the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Comprehensive Product & Manufacturing Disclaimer

As a retailer, our liability regarding product physical attributes is strictly limited:

• No Manufacturing Responsibility: Mangalore Store is not liable for product-related manufacturing issues, including but not limited to: taste variations, ingredient ratios, consistency, or chemical/biological composition of the food items.
