RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the procedures for the return, replacement, and refund of products purchased from www.mangalorestore.online (“We” / “Us” / “Our”). By placing an order, You (“You” / “Your”) acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined below, which constitute a legally binding agreement.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria (Defective Items Only)
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, returns are strictly accepted only for verifiable cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, as these conditions relate directly to quality and compliance:
Damaged or Defective Product: The item is verifiably damaged, spoiled, or has exceeded its use-by date upon delivery.
Incorrect Product Delivered: The product received does not match the item ordered.
Missing Items or Quantity Discrepancy: The quantity received is less than the quantity purchased, as verified against the purchase order.
Returns will not be accepted for any reason related to personal choice, such as Change of Mind, Taste Preference, or products that have been Opened or Used (unless the use was necessary to discover the defect).
2. Mandatory Conditions for Return/Replacement
To qualify for any return, replacement, or refund, You must meet all the following conditions. Failure to meet these conditions will result in the rejection of your claim:
Request Timing: The claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Proof: You must provide a complete, unedited unboxing video (showing the sealed package through to the final product inspection and clear display of the defect/damage) as definitive evidence.
Product Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and remain in its original packaging for inspection (except where the product was opened to reveal the defect). All original labels, tags, and cartons must be intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are strictly non-returnable:
Perishable consumables (snacks, oils, pickles, etc.) unless they meet the mandatory return criteria in Section 1 (Damaged/Defective/Incorrect).
Any product for which the mandatory unedited unboxing video proof is not provided.
Products purchased during sales where the terms explicitly stated "Final Sale."
4. Refund Eligibility and Process
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only in these specific scenarios:
Following an approved return of a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect product.
When a shipment is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to non-delivery and successfully verified.
When a product is confirmed out of stock after payment has been processed.
Refund Process
Refund initiation will occur within 7 working days after the return is approved or RTO verification is complete. The refund will be a credit only to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Non-Refundable Components: We deduct Shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund, except where the return is due to Our fault (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect product). Applicable payment gateway or transaction fees may also be deducted.
5. Order Cancellation and RTO Policy
Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team. A full refund will be processed, subject to deduction of applicable Payment Gateway/Transaction Fees (if any). Cancellation is not accepted after the order has been dispatched.
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy: Shipments are marked RTO if delivery fails due to reasons like an incorrect address or refusal by the Customer. Refunds for RTO orders will be processed after deducting both the forward and return shipping charges incurred by MangaloreStore.Online.
6. Grievance Redressal and Jurisdiction
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
We have established a clear mechanism for the redressal of consumer complaints, in line with Indian E-commerce Rules. We will acknowledge the receipt of any consumer complaint within forty-eight hours and redress the complaint within one month from the date of receipt.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Policy.
