3. Return Policy

3.1 Return Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of most products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Product Delivered

  • Damaged / Defective Product (transit-related)

  • Missing Items or Quantity Discrepancy

Non-Acceptance: Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or taste preference.

  • Perishable consumables that are opened or used.

Rejection Clause: Return requests without the required video proof, delayed claims, or products with tampered packaging will be rejected.

  • Opened, partially used, or tampered products.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • A defective/damaged/incorrect product return is approved by Us.

  • A shipment is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to non-delivery and verified.

  • A product is confirmed out of stock after payment.

4.2 Refund Process

  • Initiation: Refunds will be initiated within 5โ€“7 business days after return or RTO verification.

  • Method: Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method used during purchase. No third-party accounts will be used.

4.3 Non-Refundable Components

The following components are non-refundable:

  • Shipping and handling charges.

  • Payment gateway/transaction fees.

  • Discounts or promotional values availed.

4.4 Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch only by contacting support.

Post-Dispatch: Cancellation requests made after dispatch will not be accepted. If delivery is refused, the order will be treated under the Return to Origin (RTO) Policy (Section 5).

5. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

5.1 RTO Scenarios

Shipments may be marked as RTO if:

  • Delivery address is incomplete or incorrect.

  • Customer is unavailable or unreachable after multiple delivery attempts.

  • Customer refuses delivery without a valid reason (e.g., damage).

5.2 RTO Refunds

  • Timeline: RTO shipments return to our facility within 7โ€“15 business days.

  • Deductions: Refunds for RTO orders will be processed after deducting both forward and reverse shipping charges.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • Ensure availability at the delivery location to accept the package.

  • Inspect the package upon receipt and report discrepancies within 48 hours.

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in loss of refund or replacement rights.

7. Limitation of Liability and Jurisdiction

  • Delays caused by courier partners or third-party logistics providers.

  • Loss or damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, government actions).

Any dispute shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings will be conducted in English.
